If you are the intended recipient of the scarf, please look away. No free previews. You have to wait until you open the package.
I didn’t put a picture up the day I finished the scarf because I couldn’t find my camera. I still couldn’t find it the day I was ready to box it up, so I ended up using my webcam to take the picture. I tried holding the scarf up to the cam, but it wasn’t working, so I threw it around my neck. I liked the way it turned out. I used Noro Silk Garden and another Noro yarn (can’t remember the name) that comes in solid colors. The recipient stated that she liked green. So, the solid color is a dark teal-ish green, and the other is a colorway that has some green in it, but also transitions into other colors (that helped make it more interesting for me to knit.
It’s the ubiquitous two-row Noro scarf. You may remember I knit one for myself only as a mobius some time ago (I’m too lazy to search the archives to provide a link).
